Virat Kohli withdrew from the first two Tests of the ongoing 5 – match series vs England, the Board ( BCCI ) told his fans and followers it was due to personal reasons and also urged them
to maintain and respect the privacy.

This withdrawal by Virat Kohli sparked rumours regarding his mother’s health and Anushka Sharma’ s second pregnancy. But Virat Kohli’s brother rubbished off the rumours regarding their mother’s health stating, she is absolutely fine and not to spread false rumors.

Last year, there were some rumours and reports stating that, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli are expecting another child. Fans started putting out their predictions of ‘Junior Kohli’ but it was not confirmed by either of them.

However on 3rd february, 2024, Former South Africa’s captain and cricketer AB de Villiers said on his Youtube shown that he checked with Virat Kohli and told his fans and followers, Virat has been spending time with his family. First, he was trying not to hint anything but he further added that his second child is on the way and his family is his priority right now, also expressing how his fans miss him and should support him.

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma’s daughter: Vamika

Anushka and Virat welcomed their daughter Vamika on 11th January and celebrated their daughter’s 3rd birthday this year. The couple tied the knot in 2017 in Italy after dating for some years.

You have often seen celebrities kids being bombarded with camera flashes and media people taking their photos. But Anushka and Virat have somehow managed to keep Vamika away from paparazzi and media.

Still they have not officially revealed their daughter’s photo on social media or paparazzi’s photos. But last year Vamika’s photos somehow got viral on social media from the stadium. However, the couple took it to their Instagram and requested the media and their followers not to share their daughter’s pictures, since they were caught off guard.
