The event occurred on Friday between Elvish Yadav and Maxtern, Elvish attacking Maxtern with his accomplices due to his mockery comments on Twitter regarding Elvish.

An FIR has been registered in Gurugram’s sector 53 against Elvish Yadav under IPC sections 147 (punishment for rioting), 149 (unlawful assembly), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 506 ( criminal intimidation) for assaulting and threatening to kill Sagar Thakur.

The social media clash started when Sagar Thakur started posting some posts on X about Elvish Yadav warming up to fellow Bigg Boss winner Munawar Faruqui during the opening match of the Indian Street Premier League, which involved the participation of other celebrities like Sachin Tendulkar, Akshay Kumar.

Being triggered from Maxtern’s post Elvish Yadav along with accomplices went to beat Sagar Thakur in a garment shop Gurugram.

Videos also went viral of Sagar Thakur giving statements and allegations regarding Elvish attacking him and also threatened to kill him and another video which showed the real actions took place, where Elvish was seen beating Sagar.

In his statement while issuing the FIR against Elvish, he said ‘Over the last few months, Elvish fan pages spread hate… leaving me distressed. I was asked by Elvish to meet but I thought it would be a verbal discussion. When he came to the store, he and his 8-10 goons, who were drunk, started beating me and using abusive language. Elvish Yadav tried to break my spine’.

In response to this police has registered an FIR under several acts and passed a statement regarding both parties vying on each other on social media and their followers would pick on each other. They have collected the footage and an investigation is currently being held.
